Returns and Exchanges

Unopened and unused items can be returned or exchanged with return prior autorization from Please contact us and get the R.A. number before return. And simply send the items back to us within 30 days of invoice and we will refund your money or exchange your product. When we receive your package we will credit the card you paid us with for the full purchase price of your product minus any shipping fees.

We apologize, but because of product shelf life products returned after 30 days will have a 25% restocking fee. We are not able to accept returns on products after 45 days. Additionally, if you are returning/exchanging a quantity of 12 or more of the same item there will be a 20% restocking fee due to inventory control and product shelf life.

In the event of returning item in Canada without defect or error made by us, there is a mandatory deduction of $13.95 from your total refund.

In the event of returning item from USA or out of Canada without defect or error made by us, there is mandatory deduction of actual shipping fee we paid to courier from your total refund.


*we are not the manufacturers of the products we sell. If you have a complaint with a product, try calling the manufacturer at the number on the packaging.

Damaged & Incorrect Items: At we do our best to package your product(s) so they will arrive to you in excellent condition.  Unfortunately, once the package leaves our warehouse, it goes through many hands and products may shift causing unintentional damage. Should you receive a product that has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately for further instructions. Please do not discard the damaged product(s) and retain the original box and packaging as inspection is often required by the carriers.


1. Place items you are returning in sturdy packaging. Make sure all items are packed tightly and securely. We are not responsible for breakage during shipment of returned items.
2. Indicate whether you would like an exchange or a refund.
3. Make a copy of the purchase order that was enclosed with your original order, highlight the items you are returning, and place the copy in the box with the products.
4. Use the mailing address label below to address your return shipment.
5. Take the package to your preferred shipping location to have it delivered to us. (If you are returning a product due to a defect or an error made by us, please include a copy of your shipping receipt with your package so we can refund your shipping costs.)

Returning by Mail

Within Canada

  • Return items must be sent via insured, prepaid Regular Parcel Post. Insuring your return allows you to track your parcel with Canada Post. 
    *We cannot accept CODs or courier deliveries.

From outside Canada

  • Ship goods prepaid, by insured ground shipping. To avoid unnecessary delays, please write "Canadian Goods returning" on the outside of the package. 
    *Do not return items by UPS or other carriers, as duty and / or brokerage fees will be charged, and your return will be refused by


  • If you are requesting an exchange, please remember to include sufficient payment for the return postage. Where applicable, please contact your local customs office for information about any taxes or duties that may be assessed on a return shipment. 
    * Our Processing Centre cannot accept returns in person.
