Adult Dosage

Adults (18 years and over) – Take 1-2 capsules, 1-3 times daily, preferably without food, or as directed by a qualified health care practitioner. Do not open, mix, blend capsules. Swallow capsules whole. Do not exceed daily dose unless instructed by a healthcare practitioner.

Cautions

Do not take if you are pregnant or breastfeeding or if you are allergic to corn. Nausea and diarrhea have been known to occur, in which case, discontinue use.
