Natural Factors Alpha-Lipoic Acid with B1 & B2 features the “universal antioxidant” alpha-lipoic acid (ALA) alongside vitamins B1 and B2. Dosage

Recommended adult dose: 1 capsule daily or as directed by a health care practitioner.
