Calcium

Calcium is the most abundant mineral in the body and 99% of it is found in the bones and teeth. Over the years, bone density begins to decrease as part of the natural aging process. Calcium is a nutrient needed to maintain bone density and can be found in foods like milk, cheese, nuts and seeds, tofu, kale, and legumes.

Magnesium

Another essential mineral found in our body is magnesium. It’s required for over 800 enzymatic reactions in the body, including helping to regulate calcium in cells. In addition to that, magnesium stimulates the production of calcitonin, a hormone that inhibits the cells responsible for bone breakdown. K2 & D3 

Vitamin D3 is vital for assisting the absorption of calcium and phosphorous to keep bones and teeth strong. Together, vitamin D3 and K2 help influence mineral strength in bones and teeth – D3 absorbs calcium from the intestinal tract and K2 guides this calcium into the bone. 

Zinc

Recommended Use

Directions

Adults - Take two (2) softgels two (2) times per day with meals or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products.
