Heartburn, indigestion, constipation, and bloating are all common symptoms of sluggish or compromised digestion. Digestive prompting can come from something today’s diets often lack: bitter flavours. These stimulate the vagus nerve in the mouth, which ultimately results in the production of saliva, gastric juices, enzymes, and bile–crucial elements of healthy digestion.

HOW TO USE

Adults: Take 15-60 minutes before meals in a little water, on an empty stomach, to a maximum daily total of 15 mL (1 tbsp).

CAUTIONS AND WARNINGS

Consult a health care practitioner: if you are breastfeeding; if you have gall stones; if you have excess stomach acid or diabetes; if symptoms worsen or persist.

Contraindications:

Do not use: if you are pregnant; if you have acute stomach irritation, inflammation, and stomach or duodenal ulcers; if you have a bile duct obstruction.

Known Adverse Reactions:

Some people may experience headaches. Stop use if hypersensitivity/allergy occurs.
