How do I take LGS GUT THERAPY Intensive Enzymes?

Adults, take 1 capsule 3 times daily with food, or as directed by a health care practitioner. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 2 weeks.

Are there any warnings or cautions?

Do not use if safety seal is broken. Keep out of the reach of children. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a gastrointestinal lesion/ulcer, diabetes or allergy to latex or fruits (such as avocado, banana, chestnut, passion fruit, fig, melon, mango, kiwi, pineapple, peach, and tomato), are taking an anticoagulant/blood thinner, anti-inflammatory or antibiotic, or are having surgery. Do not use if you are allergic to anethole or plants of the Apiaceae/Carrot family. Hypersensitivity/allergy has been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use. Nausea, vomiting, and diarrhoea have been known to occur, in which case discontinue use.
