Recommended use
ECHINAMIDE is used in herbal medicine to help fight off infections, especially those of the upper respiratory tract. Recommended dose
Recommended adult dose: At first sign of infection, take 5 softgels daily or as directed by a health care practitioner. Preventative use: For immune system support throughout the year, take 1 softgel daily or as directed by a health care practitioner.
