Nature's Way Organic Sambucus Cold and Flu Syrup is traditionally used in Herbal Medicine to help relieve symptoms of colds and flus. The delicious tasting syrup contains 100 mg of Organic European Elderberry in each serving of two teaspoons. Elderberry is also a source of antioxidants. Bonus? DIRECTIONS
Adults, for daily maintenance take 2 teaspoons (tsp) (10 ml), once daily. For intensive use take 2 teaspoons (tsp) (10 ml), 4 times daily

Known adverse reaction: Hypersensitivity (e.g. allergy) can occur, in which case, discontinue use. Diuretic effect may occur. Discontinue use in case of gastrointestinal upsets, such as abdominal cramps, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea.
