Forsight Complete Vision Formula is designed for adults who want comprehensive nutritional support for their eyes. This vegetable capsule formula combines 20 vision-specific nutrients, including lutein, zeaxanthin, astaxanthin, bilberry, and key vitamins, to help maintain important eye functions and support eye health as you age. Made in Canada and tested at three stages of manufacturing by an ISO 17025 accredited laboratory, it is non-GMO and free of gluten, soy, wheat, eggs, dairy, yeast, citrus, artificial flavour or colour, and sugar.

DIRECTIONS
Adults: Take 1 capsule twice daily with a meal containing oil/fat, or as directed by your health-care practitioner. If you are taking other medications, take this product a few hours before or after them.
Duration of use: Consult a health-care practitioner for use beyond 3 months.

Avoid taking if you are hormone-sensitive, have immune disorders, or are on immunosuppressive drugs, anticoagulants, or products affecting blood clotting. Consult a health-care practitioner prior to use if you have a history of non-melanoma skin cancer.
Known adverse reactions: Do not use if you are allergic to plants of the Asteraceae/Compositae/Daisy family. Discontinue use and consult a health-care practitioner in case of sweating, paleness, chills, headache, dizziness, and/or confusion, as these may be symptoms of serious low blood sugar.
Store in a cool, dark, and dry place, away from sunlight. Do not use if seal is broken. Keep out of reach of children.
