INGREDIENTS & DOSAGE

Medicinal ingredients per 1 tablespoon, (9,000 mg):

Inulin (fructo-oligosaccharides) 9,000 mg

Gluten free.

Recommended dose:

6-12 years old: Take 1/2 tablespoon once a day.

12 years old and older: Take 1 tablespoon twice a day.

Mix with 8-12oz of pure water or a beverage of your choice. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications.

Recommended use or purpose:

Source of fibre for gastrointestinal health. Source of fiber which helps ease constipation and helps assist proper bowel function. Helps lower cholesterol.

Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding. Discontinue use if hypersensitivity occurs. May cause abdominal pain, bloating, or flatulence. Store at room temperature 15 – 30°C. Protect from moisture. Bottle opening sealed for package security.
