Rhubarb (root) (Rheum palmatum) 30 mg.

Non-medicinal ingredient: Hypromellose (vegetarian capsule), magnesium stearate (vegetable source).

Recommended Dose

Adults: Take 1 capsule a day at bedtime with a full glass of water, or as directed by a health care practitioner. Will produce an action within 6 to 12 hours.

Does not cause cramps or diarrhea.
