Fish oil (anchovy, sardine, and/or mackerel) 150 mcg EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) 54 mg DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) 40.5 mg Vitamin A (palmitate) 500 IU (150 mcg RAE) Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) 1000 IU (25 mcg) Magnesium (HVP chelate) 50 mg Zinc (bisglycinate) 5 mg Copper (gluconate) 0.5 mg

Non-medicinal Ingredients

Softgel (gelatin, glycerin, purified water, carob), non-GMO sunflower oil, non-GMO sunflower lecithin, yellow beeswax.

Recommended use

Helps to maintain eyesight, skin, membranes, and immune function. Helps in tissue formation and in the development and maintenance of night vision. Helps in the absorption and use of calcium and phosphorus, in the development and maintenance of bones and teeth, and in maintaining the body’s ability to metabolize nutrients. Helps in the formation of red blood cells and to maintain proper muscle function.

Recommended dose

Recommended adult dose: 1 softgel daily with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications, or as directed by a health care practitioner.
