Medicinal ingredients

Each tablet contains:

Folic acid (folate) 1 mg

Non-medicinal Ingredients

Microcrystalline cellulose, dibasic calcium phosphate dihydrate, vegetable grade magnesium stearate (lubricant).

Recommended use

Helps prevent neural tube defects when taken prior to becoming pregnant and during early pregnancy. Helps to produce red blood cells and is a factor in the maintenance of good health. Helps the body to metabolize proteins.

Recommended dose

Recommended adult dose: 1 tablet daily or as directed by a health care practitioner.

Cautions

Folate supplementation can mask a vitamin B12 deficiency. Consult a health practitioner if you are uncertain whether or not you are taking adequate vitamin B12. Keep out of reach of children.
