What is a Sitz Bath?
To make a sitz bath for hemorrhoids, post-labor perineum issues, or episiotomy, you'll need a sitz bath which is usually found in the “home health care” section of your local drug store. Fill it with lukewarm brewed herbal sitz bath solution, then soak your "down there" parts for about 15 minutes.
