These botanical herbs individually have a long history of use in the management and prevention of undesirable symptoms associated with a decline in estrogen levels that occur during perimenopause and menopause. USES

Menopause Relief contains fenugreek husk seed extract, which studies show help support post and peri-menopausal discomforts and helps to support healthy estrogen balance. Helps relieve symptoms associated with menopause such as hot flashes, night sweats, interrupted sleep pattern/insomnia, irritability and joint and muscular discomfort thereby supporting quality of life. Menopause Relief also contains Affron a registered brand of saffron that helps to support mood balance. Affron helps to relieve restlessness and/or nervousness and helps to reduce the symptoms of perceived stress such as fatigue, weariness and irritability.

Adult Dosage

Take one capsule after breakfast and one after dinner, or as directed by a health practitioner. Do not open capsules as it may compromise the integrity of the medicinal ingredients.
