HOW TO USE  - Adults : Mix with vegetable oil for topical application. Use undiluted for direct or steam inhalation. See included insert for details. Not for oral use. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes; if this happens, rinse thoroughly with vegetable oil. For occasional use only.

CAUTIONS AND WARNINGS : Seek urgent medical attention or contact a Poison Control Center in case of accidental ingestion.
