Innotech Nutrition’s Magnesium Bisglycinate Plus delivers 200 mg of pure chelated Magnesium for effective muscle relaxation along with chelated Zinc for immune support and shelf stable micro-encapsulated Vitamin K2-MK7 (K2 Vital®).

Recommended Purpose: Helps with immune function, to maintain proper muscle function, and normal electrolyte balance. Maintains healthy hair, skin and nails. Helps in connective tissue formation and energy metabolism. Helps in the development and maintenance of bones and teeth. Helps to prevent magnesium and zinc deficiencies and to maintain heart muscle function.

Recommended Dose: Take 1 to 2 capsules daily. Take with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products.
