Magnesium plus Ashwagandha 120 Vegetarian Capsules

Magnesium plus Ashwagandha combines highly absorbable magnesium bisglycinate with clinically studied Sensoril® ashwagandha to help reduce symptoms of stress, such as fatigue, sleeplessness, irritability, and inability to concentrate. This formula also helps support normal muscle function, including the heart muscle, and cardiovascular health.

Non-Medicinal Ingredients
Vegetarian capsule (carbohydrate gum, water), cellulose, vegetable grade magnesium stearate (lubricant), stearic acid, silica.

Dosage
Recommended adult dose: For all health claims except cardiovascular health: 2 capsules daily or as directed by a health care practitioner.
For cardiovascular health: 4 capsules daily or as directed by a health care practitioner.
All uses: Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 12 weeks.

Caution
Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. When using this product, exercise caution if you drive or use machinery, as you may experience drowsiness. For 4 capsules per day: Some people may experience diarrhea. Keep out of the reach of children.
