DoMatcha `2nd Harvest` is ideal for blended Matcha beverages, such as delicious Matcha lattes or refreshing Matcha smoothies. DoMatcha®'s Summer Harvest is harvested in August instead of spring, making this Matcha very high in catechins and renders an earthier, slightly more astringent flavour. Approximately 75 servings per tin. The leaves for 2nd Harvest are harvested later in the year and as a result the taste is slightly astringent (bitter). Certified organic by JONA (Japan Organic and Natural Foods Association), this premium, organic ceremonial Matcha is the purest and most sustainable way to enjoy the ancient Matcha tradition. . INGREDIENTS: 100% Authentic Japanese Green Tea

SUGGESTED USE: Put ½-1 teaspoon of DoMatcha™ in a large cup or a drinking bowl and add a small amount of hot water. Whisk in a quick, light zig-zag motion until a layer of green froth appears on the surface. Add more water if desired. DoMatcha™ can be used for ‘thin’ or ‘thick’ Matcha.
