Usage Instructions:

Children 3 to 11: Chew 2 tablets daily.
Children 12 and up: Chew 2 tablets twice daily.
Chew with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products.

Zinc supplementation can cause copper deficiency. If you are unsure whether you are taking enough copper, consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use.
Stop use if hypersensitivity occurs.
Keep out of reach of children. There is enough iron in this package to seriously harm a child.
