DIRECTIONS

Adult Dosage: Take 5 tea bags daily. Steep one tea bag in 6-8 ounces of water that has just started to boil, for 4-6 minutes. Stir occasionally while steeping.

Pau d’Arco (Lapacho) (Tabebuia heptaphylla inner bark) 2 g

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Chai Tea Flavour (ginger root, cinnamon bark, cardamom seeds, cloves, black pepper) and Natural Chocolate Flavour.
