HOW TO USE - Adults, adolescents, and children ≥ 6 years old: Take 1–2 capsules daily or as directed by your health-care practitioner. If you are taking antibiotics, take this product at least 2–3 hours before or after them.

CAUTIONS AND WARNINGS : Consult a health‑care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding; if you have fever, vomiting, bloody diarrhea, or severe abdominal pain; if you have a history of cancer; or if you have diabetes. Discontinue use if symptoms of digestive upset (e.g. diarrhea) occur, worsen, or persist beyond 3 days.

CONTRAINDICATIONS : Do not use this product if you have a known allergy/hypersensitivity to cow’s milk. Do not use if you have an immune-compromised condition or immune-system disorder (e.g., AIDS, lymphoma, patients undergoing long-term corticosteroid treatment, Chron’s disease, myasthenia gravis, multiple sclerosis, rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus erythematous, etc.) or if you are taking medications to suppress the immune system (immunosuppressive medications).
