HOW TO USE: Adult males: Drink 1 cup of tea, twice daily. Drink in the morning and early afternoon. Avoid drinking before bed time. After desired results have been attained, drink 1 cup of tea daily for maintenance. Take with food to minimize gastric disturbances. Steep for 12-15 minutes.
