Red yeast rice is derived from rice fermented with a specific type of yeast called Monascus purpureus. It contains natural compounds called monacolins that help lower low-density lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol, as excessive levels can be harmful. Recommended Dosage

Adults: Take one (1) capsule, two (2) per day with meals, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Consult a healthcare practitioner for use beyond 24 weeks.
