HerbalFactors St. John's Wort 300 mg, 90 Capsules

HerbalFactors St. John’s Wort is a full-spectrum extract, containing standardized levels of 0.3% hypericin. Studies support the use of St. John’s Wort extract for helping promote healthy mood balance, relieve restlessness and nervousness, and relieve sleep disturbances associated with mood imbalance, as used in herbal medicine. People with diagnosed clinical depression or taking antidepressant medication should only use St. John’s Wort under the supervision of a health care practitioner.

Medicinal Ingredients

Each capsule contains:

St. John's Wort (Hypericum perforatum) (aerial) ................................ 300 mg

Standardized to contain 0.3% hypericin (900 mcg per capsule)

Non-medicinal Ingredients

Rice powder, gelatin capsule (gelatin, purified water), vegetable grade magnesium stearate (lubricant), silica.

Dosage

Recommended Adult Dose: 1 capsule 3 times daily preferably with meals, up to 6 weeks, or as directed by a health care practitioner.

Caution

Consult a health care practitioner if you experience sleep disturbances or if symptoms persist. Avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight, ultraviolet light (UV) or UV therapy. Consult a health care practitioner if you are taking conventional medication, such as contraceptives, HIV-1 protease inhibitors, non-nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitors, immunosuppressants, anticoagulants, digoxin, theophylline, serotonergic antidepressants, migraine therapies, SSRIs and/ or anti-epilepsy drugs. Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding. Keep out of reach of children.
