MEDICINAL INGREDIENTS: Each tea bag (2.0g) contains: organic hawthorn flower & leaf (Crataegus monogyna) 1000 mg, organic hawthorn fruit (Crataegus monogyna) 500 mg. NON-MEDICINAL INGREDIENTS: Organic hibiscus flower* (Hibiscus sabdariffa)

Recommended dose: Adults: Drink 1 cup 3 times daily.

Directions for use: Pour 240 mL of freshly boiled water over 1 tea bag in a cup and steep, covered, for 10-15 minutes. Gently squeeze the tea bag to release any remaining extract.

Duration of use: Use for a minimum of two months to see beneficial effects.

Cautions: Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking cardiac glycosides such as digitalis/digoxin, or blood pressure medication.
