Magnesium stearate, stevia, hydroxypropyl cellulose, dextrose, citric acid, natural blueberry flavour.

Recommended Use

Vitamin C Chewables for Kids with elderberry helps to support immune function and is a source of antioxidants for the maintenance of good health. Elderberry (Sambucus nigra subsp. nigra) is traditionally used in Herbal Medicine to promote sweating (diaphoretic), to help relieve fever in cases of the common cold, flus and to help relieve symptoms of colds and flus such as coughs, sore throat and mucus buildup (catarrh) of the upper respiratory tract.

Directions

Children (3-4 years): Take 1 chewable tablet per day or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Children (5-9 years): Take 1 chewable tablet, 1-2 times per day or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Adolescents and Adults (10 years and over): Take 1 chewable tablet, 1-3 times per day or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.  

Cautions

As with any natural health product, you should consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use, especially if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
