NOW® Vitamin D-3 Kid's Liquid provides a highly absorbable format that can easily be taken directly from the dropper or added to beverages. Vitamin D is normally obtained from the diet or produced by the skin from the ultraviolet energy of the sun. However, it is not abundant in food. As more people avoid sun exposure, Vitamin D supplementation becomes even more necessary to ensure that your body receives an adequate supply.

DIRECTIONS

Children and Adolescents: 0-13 years: 1-10 drops daily. Take directly or add to a beverage. Best taken with a fat- containing meal. Shake well.
