Original Silicea Colloidal Gel is a colloidal preparation of silica in an active highly-dispersed form. It is used to help support healthy hair, skin and nails and to help support the formation of collagen. It is pure enough to be used both orally and topically.

DIRECTIONS
Adults: Take one tablespoon (15 ml) daily. Shake well before using. Take between meals, straight or diluted with water, tea or juice. Use the calibrated measuring spoon provided to obtain an accurate dosage. Refrigerate after opening with cap tightly closed, but not below 4 °C. Discard any remaining product 4 weeks after opening. Do not drink directly from the bottle.
