Suggested Dose (Adults)

As a source of antioxidants for the maintenance of good health, mix 1 rounded scoop of Vege Greens into 250 ml of water or juice. For use beyond 12 weeks, consult a health care practitioner. Consume once daily. Take with food a few hours before or after taking other medications.
