Melatonin can help reduce the time it takes to fall asleep in people who fall asleep slowly and reduce the effects of jet lag. The non-GMO, easy-to-use sublingual tablets dissolve quickly under the tongue for reliable absorption.

NON-MEDICINAL INGREDIENTS
Lactose monohydrate, cellulose, natural flavour, croscarmellose sodium, vegetable grade magnesium stearate (lubricant).

RECOMMENDED DOSAGE
Recommended adult dose: Place 1 tablet under the tongue until dissolved, once daily as needed, 10 to 30 minutes before bedtime, or as directed by a health care practitioner.

ALLERGY INFORMATION
This product does not contain artificial preservatives, colours, or sweeteners; no starch, sugar, wheat, gluten, yeast, soy, egg, fish, shellfish, salt, tree nuts, or genetically modified genes or proteins. Suitable for vegetarians.
