Each gummy contains:

Melatonin 2.5 mg

Also contains

Glucose syrup, sucrose, pectin, apple juice concentrate, citric acid, sodium citrate, sunflower seed oil, natural flavours (strawberry, blackcurrant), natural colours (black carrot juice, annatto), Brazilian palm tree wax, vegetable oil.

Directions

Adults: Chew 1-4 gummies once daily at or before bedtime.

For jet lag: Take at bedtime after darkness has fallen, while travelling, and at destination, until adapted to the new daily pattern. Do not drive or use machinery for 5 hours after taking melatonin. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 1 month. Store between 15°C and 25°C, away from children.

Warnings

Do not use this product if you are pregnant or breast- feeding. Avoid taking with alcohol or products that increase drowsiness. Consult your health care practitioner if sleeplessness persists for more than 1 month (chronic insomnia). Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if: you are taking steroids, blood thinners, or medications for seizures, blood pressure, to suppress the immune system, to affect mental state or increase sedation; you have cardiovascular, immune, liver or chronic kidney disease, hormonal or seizure disorders, asthma, depression, diabetes, low blood sugar or migraines. Stop use if allergic reaction occurs or if you experience headache, confusion or nausea.
