Each capsule contains: Melatonin 5mg. Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Cellulose, Veg Capsule (hypromellose, water) Magnesium Stearate (vegetable source).

Suggested Usage and Storage

Adult Dosage: Take 1-2 capsule daily at or before bedtime. For use beyond 4 weeks, consult a health care practitioner.
