Each Tablet Contains: Melatonin...................................... 3 m

Non-medicinal ingredients: Cellulose, dicalcium phosphate dihydrate, ethylcellulose, stearic acid, magnesium stearate, silica, tablet coating (hypromellose, glycerin).

Suggested Usage: Adults: Take 1 tablet 1 hour before bedtime or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Consult your healthcare practitioner for use beyond 4 weeks.

Risk Information: Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not drive or use machinery for 5 hours after use. Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if taking anticoagulant, anticonvulsant, blood pressure, immunosuppressive, sedative, hypnotic or psychotropic medications, steroids, have cardiovascular, chronic kidney, liver or immune system disease, asthma, depression, diabetes, hypoglycemia, migraine, hormonal or seizure disorders. Consult your healthcare practitioner if symptoms persist continuously for more than 4 weeks. Consumption with alcohol, other medications or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended. Mild gastrointestinal symptoms and rare allergic reactions have been known to occur in which case, discontinue use. Store in a cool, dry place. Do not use if seal is broken or missing.
