Nattokinase is an enzyme isolated from Natto, a traditional Japanese fermented soy food. Natto has been consumed for thousands of years for its numerous health promoting properties. More recently, both clinical and non-clinical studies have demonstrated that Nattokinase can help to promote heart and circulatory health by supporting normal blood clotting functions. NOW® Nattokinase is derived from non-GMO soy and has 2,000 FUs (Fibrinolytic Units) of activity per 100 mg capsule.

DIRECTIONS

Adult Dosage: Take 1 capsule daily. For use beyond 4 weeks, consult a health care practitioner.

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Cellulose, Capsule (hypromellose, water), Stearic Acid (vegetable source), Silica.

Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, if you are taking health products that affect blood coagulation, or if you have a bleeding disorder. Consult a health care practitioner if you have a cardiovascular, kidney, or liver disorder, or if you are taking any medications. Stop using this product 7 days before any scheduled surgery, or immediately if you have unscheduled surgery or if you suffer from an injury resulting in bruising or bleeding. This product is derived from soy. Do not use if you have a soy allergy.
