The Olive tree (Olea europaea) has been an integral part of Mediterranean and Middle Eastern cultures for millennia. Although traditional herbalists have primarily used its leaves in teas, they have also been used in foods. Olive leaves have the highest free radical scavenging power among the different parts of the Olive tree. NOW® Olive Leaf Extract is manufactured under strict quality control conditions and is standardized to a minimum of 6% Oleuropein.

DIRECTIONS

Adult Dosage: Take 1 capsule 2 times daily with food. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 12 weeks.

INGREDIENTS

Each capsule contains:

Olive leaf (Olea europaea) 500 mg

   (Standardized to contain 6% Oleuropein) 30 mg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Veg Capsule (hypromellose, water), Stearic Acid (vegetable source), Silica.

Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking blood pressure medication or if you have low blood pressure. If you are allergic to plants in the Oleacea family, do not use.
