Recommended Doses

(Adult): Mix one scoop (7g) in 250 - 500mL of liquid (water, juice, etc.). Take one serving daily 30 minutes prior to workout or as directed by a health care practitioner. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products.

Store in an airtight container, protected from light, in a cool, dry place.

Do not use if you have had a heart attack/myocardial infarction or have cardiovascular (heart) disease, high or low blood pressure, diabetes, prostate disorders, liver or kidney disorders, edema (swelling of hands, face and feet) or are taking products containing diuretics or any prescription medication or are pregnant or breastfeeding. Some people may experience gastrointestinal discomfort (such as diarrhea).Ca eine has been shown to reduce blood flow to the heart muscle during exercise which might lead to cardiovascular complications such as chest pain, and irregular heartbeat even in healthy individuals. If those symptoms occur discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner.
