Recommended Use or Purpose: A preworkout supplement that provides energy, power, focus & stamina. Helps maintain normal muscle function & muscle protein synthesis (MPS). Synergistically formulated with a buffered mineral matrix to help you achieve high intensity workouts and provide a source of electrolytes to maintain optimal alkalinity.

Recommended Doses: (Adult): Mix one scoop (7g) in 250 – 500mL of liquid (water, juice, etc.). Take one serving daily 30 minutes prior to workout or as directed by a health care practitioner. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products.
