DIRECTIONS

Adult Dosage: Mix 2 level tablespoons daily in 1 cup (250 mL) of water or other beverage to supplement your meal. Take two hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products since the absorption of these products may be delayed. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 3 weeks.

Do not use if you are pregnant or if you have difficulty swallowing or if you have diabetes mellitus in which blood sugar is difficult to regulate. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are breastfeeding, if you are taking medications which inhibit peristaltic movement (e.g. opioids, loperamide), if you have symptoms such as abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting or fever, if you are experiencing a sudden change in bowel habits that has persisted for more than 2 weeks, if you have undiagnosed rectal bleeding, or if you have failed to defecate following the use of a laxative product. Consult a health care practitioner immediately if you experience chest pain, vomiting, or difficulty swallowing or breathing after taking this product.
