Recommended dose

• Children (3–11 years): Chew 2 gummies once daily or as directed by a health care practitioner.
• Adolescents (12–17 years): Chew 2 gummies once daily or as directed by a health care practitioner.
• Adults (18 years and older): Chew 2 gummies once daily or as directed by a health care practitioner.
• All ages: If you are taking antibiotics or antifungals, take at least 2–3 hours before or after.

Non-medicinal ingredients
