DIRECTIONS OF USE
Adults: Take 3 capsules once daily or as directed by your health-care practitioner. Take with food/meal to avoid digestive upset. Take a few hours before or after taking other medication or natural health products.

DURATION OF USE
Consult a health-care practitioner for use beyond 12 weeks. Use for at least 1 month to see beneficial effects.

• Quercetin 100 mg

• Grape (Vitis vinifera) seed extract, 80% oligomeric proanthocyanidins 50 mg

• Reishi (Ganoderma lucidum) mushroom extract, 40% polysaccharides 30 mg

NON-MEDICINAL INGREDIENTS
Vegetable magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide in a non‑GMO vegetable capsule composed of vegetable carbohydrate gum and purified water.

Cautions and warnings: Stop use and consult a health-care practitioner if you experience sweating, paleness, chills, headache, dizziness and/or confusion (as these may be symptoms of serious low blood sugar). Consult a health-care practitioner prior to use if you have a history of non-melanoma skin cancer; if you are taking blood pressure medication; if you have kidney stones; if you have diabetes; or if you are taking anticoagulants, antiplatelets, hypotensive medication or supplements, or immunosuppressant medication.

Contraindications: Do not use this product if you are taking antibiotics or nitroglycerin; if you are pregnant or breast-feeding; if you have a bleeding disorder, hypotension, or infertility issues; or if you are allergic to plants of the Acanthaceae family.

Known adverse reactions: Stop use if hypersensitivity/allergy occurs. Discontinue use if nausea, vomiting, or urticaria occurs. Gastrointestinal discomfort has been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use.
