Resveratrol is an antioxidant belonging to the polyphenol family found in many plants such as various berries, peanuts, rhubarb and several herbs including the Japanese Giant Knotweed. It is the main component in red wine that is responsible for its touted health benefits.

In a trans-form for easy absorption, resveratrol provides a rich source of antioxidants that help to combat the damaging effects of free radicals.

Adult Dosage

Adults (18 and older): Take one capsule daily with food or as directed by a qualified health care practitioner. Do not open capsules, as this may compromise the stability of the medicinal ingredients. Do not exceed daily dose unless instructed by a health care practitioner.

Cautions

Do not use if pregnant or nursing. Consult a health care pracitioner for use beyond 6 weeks, and/or if you are taking phenytoin. Some people may experience headaches.
