Recommended Use or Purpose: Resveratrol is a source of antioxidants for the maintenance of good health and to help fight oxidative stress in the body.

Recommended Dose (Adults): Take 1 Capsule twice daily with meals, or as directed by a health care practitioner. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 4 weeks.

Cautions & Warnings: Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have a liver disorder or if you have an iron deficiency.
