HOW TO USE - Adults: Take 1 sachet (5 g) into 4 oz. (120 ml) juice or water (dilute to taste). Let stand for 2 minutes and stir well. Take once a day with food or as directed by your health‑care practitioner. Adjust the amount of water or juice used according to your own taste. If you are taking other medications, take this product a few hours before or after them.

DURATION OF USE :  Consult a health‑care practitioner for use beyond 12 weeks.

CAUTIONS AND WARNINGS : Consult a health‑care practitioner prior to use if you have hypertension, a liver disorder, an iron deficiency, an history of kidney stones or gastrointestinal lesions/ulcers, or a surgery; if you are taking anticoagulants, anti‑inflammatory agents, other enzyme products, or any other medication or natural health product. Nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea have been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use and consult a health‑care practitioner. Discontinue use and consult a health-care practitioner if you develop symptoms of liver trouble such as yellowing of the skin/eyes (jaundice), stomach pain, dark urine, sweating, nausea, unusual tiredness, and/or loss of appetite. Rare, unpredictable cases of liver injury associated with green tea extract–containing products have been reported.

CONTRAINDICATIONS : Do not use if you are pregnant or breast-feeding; or if you are taking blood thinners, antibiotics, or sedatives.

KNOWN ADVERSE REACTIONS : Discontinue use if signs of allergy or symptoms of gastrointestinal distress occur. Consult a health‑care practitioner prior to use if you have an allergy to latex or fruits (such as avocado, banana, chestnut, passion fruit, fig, melon, mango, kiwi, pineapple, peach, and tomato). Hypersensitivity/allergy has been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use.
