DIRECTIONS
Adolescents ≥ 13 years old and adults: Take 1 teaspoon (~ 5 ml) one to four times daily or as directed by your health-care practitioner. Duration of use: Consult a health-care practitioner for prolonged use.

Consult a health-care practitioner if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 3 weeks (chronic insomnia); if symptoms persist or worsen; if you are pregnant or breast-feeding. Consumption with alcohol, other medications or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended.
