Recommended Use

Iron Bis.Glycinate 20 helps to prevent iron deficiency anemia, form red blood cells and support red blood cell functioning. Helps pregnant women meet the recommended intake for iron when taken in conjunction with a healthy diet and also supports normal early fetal development.

Directions

Adults - Take one (1) to two (2) capsules per day with food, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
