RECOMMENDED SERVING: Adults: Take 2 tablespoons (30 mL) once per day, 30 minutes before bedtime. Can be mixed with juice or water. Shake well before use.

Consumption with alcohol, other medications and/or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended. Hypersensitivity (e.g. allergy) has been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle or performing activities requiring mental alertness within two hours of consumption. Consult a health care practitioner if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 3 weeks (chronic insomnia). Do not use if security seal is broken.

STORAGE: Refrigerate after opening. Store away from children. Consume within three (3) months after opening.
