The original Sleep8 is based on foundational herbs and adaptogens found in all Sleep8 family products, including passionflower, skullcap, catnip, Panax notoginseng, hops, chamomile, and only a small amount of melatonin (0.5 mg).

Sleep8 Plus and Sleep8 Ultra include 5 mg and 10 mg of melatonin as well as GABA, ʟ-theanine, and lemon balm for additional relaxation.

Melatonin is a hormone produced by the body and is responsible for maintaining our circadian rhythm, or sleep/wake cycle. DIRECTIONS OF USE

Other ingredients: Vegetable magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide in a non-⁠GMO vegetable capsule composed of vegetable carbohydrate gum and purified water.

WARNINGS
