MEDICINAL INGREDIENTS: Each tea bag (1.5g) contains: Dry aqueous extract (8:1) of Biyan Pian* 120 mg (equivalent to 960 mg), organic licorice root (Glycyrrhiza glabra) 300 mg. * Biyan Pian extract (8:1) contains the combined aqueous extractive of: xanthium fruit (Xanthium sibiricum) extract 12.8mg (equivalent to 102.4mg), magnolia flower (Magnolia biondii) extract 12.8mg (equivalent to 102.4mg), siler root (Saposhnikovia divaricata) extract 12.8mg (equivalent to 102.4mg), schisandra fruit (Schisandra chinensis) extract 12.8mg (equivalent to 102.4mg), fragrant angelica root (Angelica dahurica) extract 12.8mg (equivalent to 102.4mg), schizonepeta herb (Nepeta tenuifolia) extract 12.8mg (equivalent to 102.4mg), forsythia fruit (Forsythia suspensa) extract 11.496mg (equivalent to 92mg), chrysanthemum flower (Chrysanthemum indicum) extract 11.496mg (equivalent to 92mg), platycodon root (Platycodon grandiflorum) extract 8.676mg (equivalent to 69.6mg), anemarrhena rhizome (Anemarrhena asphodeloides) extract 7.176mg (equivalent to 61.6mg), and licorice root (Glycyrrhiza uralensis) extract 3.792mg (equivalent to 30.4mg). NON-MEDICINAL INGREDIENTS: Organic peppermint leaf (Mentha × piperita), organic eucalyptus leaf (Eucalyptus globulus), organic bitter fennel fruit (Foeniculum vulgare), organic ginger rhizome (Zingiber officinale).

Recommended dose: Adults: Drink 1 cup 3-4 times daily.

Directions for use: Pour 240 mL boiling water over 1 tea bag in a cup and steep, covered, for 10-15 minutes. Gently squeeze the tea bag to release any remaining extract. Add honey if desired, especially in dry climates.

Duration of use: Consult a healthcare practitioner for use beyond 4-6 weeks.
