Each tea bag (1.5 g) contains: organic purple coneflower herb (Echinacea purpurea) 1,005 mg, organic European elder flower (Sambucus nigra) 127.5 mg, organic purple coneflower root (Echinacea purpurea) extract (6:1) 37.5 mg, equivalent to 225 mg of organic purple coneflower root, organic ginger rhizome (Zingiber officinale) 97.5 mg, organic chamomile flower (Matricaria recutita) 75 mg, organic yarrow flower (Achillea millefolium) 60 mg. Non-medicinal ingredients: Organic peppermint leaf (Mentha x piperita), organic European elderberry (Sambucus nigra) dry fruit extract.

Recommended dose: Adults: Drink 1 cup 3 times daily.

Directions for use: Take at first sign of infection. Pour 240 mL freshly boiled water over 1 tea bag and steep, covered, for 10-15 minutes. Gently squeeze the tea bag to release the remaining extract.

Duration of use: Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 8 weeks.

Cautions: Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking immunosuppressants, or if you have a progressive systemic disease such tuberculosis, leukosis, collagenosis, or multiple sclerosis.
